they offer a match but the match was reduced last year from dollar for dollar up to 3% to a variation of it. Still a good investment and can't understand why any employee would not contribute to their plan.

it is a 403 B program and they match up to 4% but doesn't make much money. And its based off stock exchange which can be up and down. Better pay off the house, not sure if money will be there at retirement time.
