VASCO's short-term disability plan provides financial protection for employee by paying a portion of their income while they are disabled. The weekly benefit is 60% of weekly earnings to a maximum benefit of $1,500 per week for a maximum of 13 weeks. The short-term disability insurance is voluntary and the cost is the responsibility of the employee.
