Work From Home

I have not worked from home, I work in office and enjoy it.

easy on the employees end. There are times the system/tools down(fairly frequent) so can be a pain dealing with that aspect.

It was okay, but it would be very demanding at times.

Work at home agents enjoy the lack of a long distance commute. Once agents starts feeling confident and comfortable with the position, many report that that they spend more time with their families, enjoy having control over their immediate surroundings, and experience overall decreased stress.

This is certainly better then a lot of work from home companies that require you to buy a separate physical phone line in order to work. I really like that I just use my internet connection to get to work.

It's there, pretty much all I can say about that...

Not as great as you'd think when you have to "bid" for break times and only get a bathroom break when one randomly opens up. Really awful system.
