The Coverage is great. Cost for plans have continued to go up over the years but most is driven by market changes. We have several choices each year. My wife and I have had 3 kids in 4 years and our plans have covered us fantastically.

When I started the health benefits were covered 100% for managers ( a nice perk). Over the years the premium was applied to managers, but OTS still covers a HUGE portion.

Seeing as I never got my health insurance, I'd have to say it's pretty bad. I know somebody who is stuck working there and they say they pay quite a bit but can't actually go to the doctor's without paying for most of the visit out of pocket.
