More than often they're okay with you just not showing up. So that sort of makes up for there being no PTO allowed in your first 90 days. By the time you're able to build enough PTO and use it, it's enough for half a day off.

Well it took forever to get PTO and you really didn't accumulate much. They also were picky about when you could take your PTO.
