High deductible, talked to hospital billing department and they stated that UHG has one of the highest costs for services rendered when comparing with other health plans.

Forcing employees to pay almost $14000 a year in health insurance premiums when we are part of a health insurance company is egregious. The benefit of working for a company in health insurance should be the health insurance.

Many options - and even part time are eligible but premiums are relatively high for working for an insurance company.

Coming from an acquired company I was accustomed to great healthcare at an affordable rate. Never found a doctor who wasnt in network. Then Optum (part of the massive UHG system) acquired us and somehow our healthcare got more expensive, our network shrank and we lost preventative mental health services.
