Worst insurance ever, its expensive and on top of that the deductibles are thousands of dollars, they will cover nothing until you pay your deductible.

The insurance rates are high, but there are several options

Pricey; high deductibles which go up year over year it seems

Low monthly premiums, however this does have a high deductible. You'd expect a health insurance company would offer a lot better health insurance package

Insurance is just too expensive

Horrible! No option for zero stars-it’s not good health benefit coverage.

Great benefits and reasonable premiums

Cheated me of $2500 by applying the claim towards deductible instead of preventive care as mentioned in Summary of benefit coverage. Appealed the claim but no response. It was a shocker that they would cheat their own employee. Optum-Rx PBM will deny coverage to save $2 on an ointment but if they are making more money on your head they voluntarily will not disclose cheaper generic options.
