Depends on team. Company wide there is a policy now to work atleast 3 days from office.

They wouldn't let you work from home unless you worked for a certain manager. Some managers were not very nice about it. The managers would work from home when they wanted to and then tell you that you couldn't work from home.

No need to come into the office

You can work from home, as long as you work out some arrangement with your immediate boss.

I love working from home, and I'm much more productive at home than in a cubicle. The flexibility of working from home is a huge help to me and I save money on gas and food by staying home. I have a new dog who doesn't have to go to day care or spend the whole day alone, which really pleases me. When the weather is bad, I don't have to worry about navigating bad roads and worry at my desk all day about whether or not I'll be able to get home.

There is work flexibility and we are allowed to work from home if we give 48 hours notice. You do need to fill out a status report whenever you work remotely.
