Occasionally they will let you do telehealth visits if your personal internet speed is fast enough.

Varies significantly across the company, but generally most employees (myself included) work from home most of the week and only come in to the office once or twice a week. Might change with time as covid becomes a distant memory, but for now many managers offer fully remote positions, or only a few days required in office.
