Great 401K they match whatever you put in. I use it and have a lot already in my 401K and i haven't been working here for that long.

401k match with employee stock purchase plan

ok but not great - very little matching

Match is 3% which is really low.

matching is ok, only 50% of 6% up to a maximum value. matching is per-paycheck (no retro matching if you missed contribution for a few paychecks, but front-loading is ok, as long as you keep your contribution rate after you reach annual limit). traditional and roth are maximum 40% per check, after-tax is 20% per check. in-plan auto conversion is an option, but you need to call Fidelity to set up once.

MAx matching contribution is 3%

company match is available and investment options are great
