Good 401k through Fidelity, with company match of 50% of first 6% (5,100 max) per year. Lots of investment options, and help from Fidelity, additionally the ability to invest yourself via a Brokerage account.

Oracle does offer a 401k matching program in the US. It is managed by Fidelity. I wish there were more investment options with the plan.
