There are several target-date funds to choose from. Even though it is managed by Fidelity, there are some good Vanguard funds as well.

I don't have hard data to support this, but my impression is that Oracle's 401K program is average to good. I don't think the matching is that great, but others who have submitted reviews about this feel otherwise.

The match is good (50% up to 6%). Oracle uses Fidelity, which offers a large variety of fund options, in addition to retirement advice, etc.
