Choices for health coverage are plentiful depending on how well you want to be covered - Some companies offer only one choice. Oracle offers 6. I took the most expensive and only have to pay for deductibles.

The health insurance is not really "provided" in that you can decline it and take the cost as pay (an incentive to go without) and if you spend the "recommended" amount - that is, only the credits they "suggest" you do without cutting into your nominal salary - you get awful plans that only cover 70%.
