Oracle offers no paid paternity leave, only FMLA. IBM just released news that it doubled their maternity and paternity. They now offer 12 weeks paid paternity! All of our direct competitors offer several weeks of paid paternity as well. You'd think we'd try and keep up with the times with all of our competitors in the industry as they set the bar higher and higher with their benefits. With all our recent success in Cloud, I'm pretty sure we can afford it. Your bleary eyed/somewhat delirious employees trying to stay awake during their weekly meetings would agree.
