Maternity & Paternity Leave

Standard package, nothing too facny here.

20 weeks paid for parents who have welcomed a child, this includes adoption and probably surrogacy. It can be used all at once or split into 2 week increments through the child's first year of life. I believe parents who have birthed a child via c-section get 22 weeks paid. Only the birthing parent, not the partner.

This has improved in recent years to go to about 6 months for maternity

I believe it was 13 weeks paid leave.

There is 10 weeks of maternity leave
