Paid time off as needed without limits (aka Unlimited PTO)

The vacation and time off is in line with the industry

The amount of PTO is pretty good (or it was when it was real PTO). Now with Unlimited PTO it's really less cuz you feel like you can't take off. With real PTO it's clear what you earned and you just take it and file for it.

It is a good but we are so busy and no opportunity to just use it.
