As a BDR you acquire PTO by the amount time worked. PTO is respected but try to give 2 weeks notice. Worst thing is no unlimited PTO. You are paid for major public holidays. You get MLK, veterans, memorial, labor, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, new years day, thanksgiving day, Juneteenth, and easter off. I believe there are other ones, and you also get mental health days once a quarter I believe.
