Oracle's VPN drops out randomly. Their email storage is low and running out of room happens frequently, as well as their "shared folders" storage (used for collaborative working). Their calendar server does not accept ICS files for auto-updating your calendar through email. They give you a free laptop for work (Windows only) and will expense other useful things (small monitors, backup drives etc.) If you live beyond 50 miles from the nearest office they will purchase an ergonomic chair, etc. Most offices have "drop-in" stations.

Supportive of work from home to some extent. Need to pay for your own internet and phone.
