Really cheap for the employee but still provides great coverage in every situation I have found myself in. Situations ranging from major surgery to check-ups. Also I believe you are covered by the insurance as soon as you are a full time employee.

Good prices and they say they offer it on day one, but they won't sign you up right away and give you an identification number to even use it for weeks. You lose it the day you leave.
