DEI has been improving over years

Lots of diversity initiatives, and also lots of areas of campus that somehow still seem totally oblivious to diversity in any meaningful way--honestly I see this mostly among faculty, who, once tenured, seem insulated from having to engage with such topics unless they want to. Professional faculty are highly engaged in diversity initiatives, on the whole.

Always room for improvement, but there are a wide range of committed folks working to make OSU a great place
