Health Insurance

The rating given has more to do with the current state of health insurance than anything else. The company pays 75% of premiums, which is pretty standard, but the plans offered come with very high deductibles. The deductibles are offset by a wrapper that covers about 50% of the deductible amount, but dealing with the vendor that provides the wrapper service is painful. I miss the "old" days when all I had to worry about was a $15 PCP / $30 Specialist co-pay...
