Performance Bonus

Annual cash bonuses are paid at the end of Q1 for the prior year. Most employees receive bonuses based solely on the company's financial performance vs goal for revenue and net income, though there are some employees who have different bonus schemes. The bonus amount offered is fixed, rather than a percentage of employee income, and to my knowledge there is no discretionary bonus pool available to managers for employees who exceed expectations.
