Work From Home

The work from home benefit is nice, especially for employees who live far from the office. However, there is a catch: the expectation is that employees will schedule personal appointments on their work from home days so that they are not out of the office on their non-work from home days. While this works most of the time, sometimes it's just not possible to do so. Luckily managers seem to be pretty understanding about the fact that it's not always possible to avoid scheduling things on non-WFH days.
