It's a horrible dental plan. You're better off going out of pocket at not Castle Dental than using this coverage with Castle Dental in most cases. If you end up working here and you need dental work, then go to Castle Dental, make them write up the invoice, then shop around at other dentists before letting them actually drill into your teeth. You'll probably find that you don't actually need all the work that Castle suggests, and what they were going to do they're way overcharging you.

Guardian Dental is paid for and cheap - but you can pretty much only go to Castle Dental in Austin, and they're terrible.
