5 days of sick leave, and partial days off for doctors appointments count against it. Then you go into your 10 days of vacation, then you take a pay cut. Short term disability only available PARTIALLY after 1 year, and in FULL after 5 YEARS. They do not care about employees with chronic illness or pregnancy.

you get 5 days no questions asked. Most people use them for vacation time and hang overs.

There are only five sick days at PACCAR which makes it difficult for families with sick children meaning you will be paying for all day car for you kids if they get sick.
