The company is very performance oriented if your team does well you do well. Also you are measured by sales and performance. Some people think this is bad, this is very good. You get paid on top of what you are already making with either commission or bonus goals. One time I got a 5000 dollar pay check for doing well. That is the perfect example of spreading the wealth and thanking an employee for bringing in extra business.

You'll only bonus a couple hundred dollars on average for a tech. Salesman make huge bonus due to only having one job. To sell. Everyone else doesn't make enough for the work that they do.

the commission structure can range from 5% to 14% per sale. On top of that there are bonus tears that add bonuses as well. Even better if the store hits its goal three is yet another big bonus every month! Plenty of money to be made!
