Good luck on attaining the bonus. But it's not 100% or 0%, it's based on overall yearly average. Wish they were break it up to at least 6 months, then it'd be more easily attainable. If the plant gets 100%, it's a lot. But something always happens every year to make it not even close to 100%.

In some years it was a good bonus, in other years it was meager or non existent. During the original interview they suggested it would be consistent each year.
