Comparable to plans at other companies of similar size

The health insurance at PTC is pretty reasonable as well. Lots of in network providers. It was easy to find providers for kids and for self and spouse. The deductible and out of pocket maximums were comparable with other similar companies' heath insurance plans.

Cost to employees continually increasing while benefits decreasing

Not the best now. Family InNetwork plan: $30 doctor office visit copay, $50 - specialist $150 - emergency room Prescription drugs: $15/$35/$65 Lab tests - 100% covered after deductible $900 deductible for family for major services (like hospitals), then 100% covered. Rates biweekly for a family: $258 medical, $26 dental, $10 - visual

PTC uses popular health insurance providers in different geographical markets. They do change these when the prices go up which can be frustrating

The health insurance was decent and seemed like good insurance. I never had an issue with the quality and level of insurance that the company provided.

Medical, dental and vision. Fairly industry standard, I think.

Cigna Health... Wish it was Blue Cross Blue Shield, but Cigna is ok.
