The 401k is with Fidelity. Borrowing from your plan is very easy with a repayment of up to five years to pay back at a low rate. This repayment is basically to yourself. If you leave the company, make sure to pay it all back otherwise it will be reported as an early withdrawal and subject to interest and penalty when you prepare your taxes.
