Work From Home

PacificSource considers telecommuting to be a viable alternative work arrangement in cases where the characteristics of the position, employee, and supervisor are best suited to such an arrangement.

Individual contributors are required to work in a PacificSource office a minimum eight (8) hours per week, and people leaders a minimum of 24 hours per week. These hours can be split between multiple days.
