Performance Bonus

The bonus structure includes a wider range of employees then is typical. The amount varied by department and division and honestly seemed to be predetermined and appeared to be less related to performance.

Both individual performance and company performance will be considered

Commission monthly and MBOs paid quarterly for corporate employees.

Company give bonus every year

Panasonic Avionics offered yearly bonuses to their employees. Annual bonuses were routinely received by all employees. The size of the bonus were dependent on employee performance and the how well the company performed annually.

Not very fair to the lower employees. Management got a lot more than the rest of the employees

Due to poor knowledge of quite some managers, they do not know how to reflect the employees performance accurately

The Performance bonus is ok at Panasonic.
