They are incredibly when it comes to training they have it all planned out. My favorite thing is they want you to keep learning and growing up the ladder. They have a career path plan that walks you through everything to get to the next level in management. They want to grow their employees. I for one enjoy knowing they want me to keep learning and growing up within the company.

The online trainings were pointless

I can’t recall job training specifically but my trainer was helpful
