As a healthcare company they could do much better. Often times employees are unable to schedule time off for well visits, preventative tests and regular check ups

Only good coverage if you live near an HCA service area. I live less than 1 mile from 2 hospitals, neither are HCA facilities so if I use them I have to pay 100% of the charges. There are 2 small HCA community hospitals 7-10 miles away, another is an hour away. Basically, I have no covered emergency or inpatient care from a high quality facility in my area. It's inexcusable not to cover your out-of-area employees at the same level as your local employees. This is actually one reason why I'm looking for another job.
