Was originally told Paternity leave was Base Salary + Averaged Commissions. This was suddenly changed to only Base Salary. It is also not an "actual paternity leave" as they just put time in your PTO bank for it's use. This leaves the employee extremely vulnerable and fearing punishment for using all of leave.
