Work From Home

At PatientPoint, we offer a hybrid work schedule.  Our anchor days include Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. As a company, when we organize events and meetings, we’ll do so around these 3 anchor days to optimize the impact and be intential about our time together. 

We also have no meetings on Friday afternoons. Teammates use this time for projects, planning, and over the summer - to take off early. 

We believe in-person interaction accelerates our positive company culture. Our connection runs on social relationships and mutual trust.  Collaboration happens during unplanned interactions, non-verbal communication and boosts energy and creativity. We're always learning about growing our networks, onboarding, and cross-functionally. Plus, we have great offices.
