Worst thing is they expect you to dedicate your life to Paycom because they pay so well. ZERO work life balance. Literally the managers will email, text, and call you at night and on the weekends.

It's a relatively good 401k plan from what I know. The match could be better, but is on the better side of average. The match fully vests in 2 years, which is not bad at all.
