They don't always match your money.

They no longer match what you contribute.

Offered to only full time associates and the employer doesn't add to this through a dollar for dollar match system they just draw money from your paycheck and put it up for later. If people were responsible they would be doing this with their own bank account....

It's ok and matches after so many years

Same as average. Some company matching.

Bad matching benefit, but good investment options.
