Good In -network benefits

Excellent and quick access to services,

expensive annual premiums and high deductibles

Very poor health plan. Unhelpful customer service line. Fairly high premium given it's a HDHP. And limited contribution into the HSA.

Best thing--affordable. Caregivers insurance is mostly free, dependents are easy to add and the price per month is acceptable.

With my numerous medical issues that require prescriptions, Tests, or surgery. Never was a claim, nor pre authorization denied or questioned. They even provided a nurse manager for me to call with a direct line, if I had any issues with my prescriptions, or pre authorizations waiting. I was completely amazed with the compassion and professionalism they show for their employees.

The overall coverage on the PPO plan is fair compared to the open market options.

Health insurance was good, it was affordable and benefits were good, I really had no complaints
