Good coverage for doctors, specialists and hospitals. Relatively low out of pocket max amounts, though copays have gotten high recently with $25 for reg dr, $45 for specialist, $50 for urgent care, and $100 for ER.

Industry average for cost per pay check. Coverage is good. They just changed to CVS pharmacy, seems to be comparable with Express Scripts. They also provide MDLive, which is a great option.
