The copays have gone up recently. When my children were born, it was a great experience and I had plenty of time to be with my new child and recovering wife.

Pearson has medical coverage including prescriptions, dental and vision. While the contributions and co-pays have gone up they have not spiked up from year to year. They used to have more wellness benefits (in office flu shots, blood screening) but they seem to have discontinued these efforts.
