Workers' Compensation

Workers compensation at Penn State is a joke. I recently fell in a parking lot that they never cleared massive amounts of ice off of. I was taken to a Dr. who is on Penn State salary. I then received a letter in the mail saying that compensation was ended because nothing was wrong, and I was on my own. Turns out my elbow was indeed broke, and i still have numbness and complications with it and Penn State will not do anything. The Penn State payed Dr. wouldnt return calls and I was never advised as to why or how they can just end workers compensation claim without my approval or explanation.
