401K plan is through Fidelity Investments

They offer some match and access to company equity through their provider. Match is decent but not great.

Comparable to other companies of the same size

Still a solid program overall, but no company match anymore. Ability to draw funds for major purchases is pretty seamless.

It’s a little unconventional, but in a positive way. Pepsico will give automatic retirement contributions of 2% regardless of what you put in. This increases by 1% every few years of service (up to 5%). On top of that they’ll match 50% of the first 4% you contribute (in other words, you put in 4%+, they put in 2%). Vesting is 3 years.
