Perficient was pretty much ready in it's ability to adapt to the Pandemic and was pretty much a speed bump

More opportunities to work from home and limited travel.

Very flexible work from home

Very flexible and only restrictions tend to be client based vs. Perficient requiring people to be in the office all the time.

Managed the pandemic well across the board

Used to be more of an option but now not really.

Working from home was great when projects ran smoothly. However, the work from home benefit was extremely challenging when overtime was required on projects. Then, the work/ life balance leaned hard on the work side on more occasions than imaginable. Off normal work hours were required, including middle of the night, weekend, and holiday work. Most often, overtime was nearly impossible to get compensated for even with the direct managers requests.

Perficient has offices which are optional to go into. Some clients may request you to be onsite and travel is required
