PetSmart offers eligible full-time associates with one year of service up to $2,000 per child when adopting a child. You can apply this money toward legal fees, domestic transportation costs, counseling fees and other expenses. Eligible associates can also receive adoption leave pay equal to 66.67 percent of weekly pay for six weeks, up to a maximum of $2,000 per week.
