Tuition Assistance

PetSmart has recently updated the Tuition Assistance Program!

• We’ve increased the dollars available for eligible associates as part of the Tuition Assistance Program (increased to $3,500 per year).
• We’ve reduced tenure requirements (the amount of time you have to work for PetSmart) so associates can receive full program benefits at 6 months instead of 12 months.
• We’ve removed the full-time requirement. Eligible associates that work an average of 20 hours a week or more in the preceding 12 months are now eligible for the Tuition Assistance Program.
