Sick time is horrible. 10 sick days a year and you can bank 200 days. You get the days but supervisors sick check you and you must notify Dispatch if you're leaving your house if you're going to get medicine or go to the doctors(in case a supervisor sick checks you and you're not home. Can lead to disciplinary action) You can sell your sick time back to the company at 45% if you wish to use them towards your retirement.
