The cost and coverage is horrid. You're better off going through the Affordable Care Act. You won't be making much money there so should qualify for a solid discount through ACA enrollment.... we qualified and I consistently performed above their metrics.

One area that could be improved is the healthcare has level 1 or level 2 based on the healthcare provider. Your coverage % can change based on the hospital or healthcare organzation.

Employee pays 100%, it is good insurance but it is very expensive.
