Remote First Philosophy
Based on employee feedback, in May 2021 we transitioned to a Remote First work culture. This means at Pindrop, working remotely is the primary option for most or all employees. However, Remote First doesn't mean that we won’t be in the office! Teams will meet in person at minimum quarterly for brainstorming, team meetings, and planning sessions. We still call our Atlanta HQ home! Our office offers dedicated individual offices and desks, hoteling office and desk space, large group collaboration areas, meeting space, All Hands space, lunchroom, and open meeting accommodations.
