We have unlimited PTO, and only have to get approval if it's over 2 consecutive weeks.

While they offer unlimited PTO, it has different rules for different teams. I think most of us would prefer our bank of hours back.

Could be better. Unlimited PTO would be ideal but they are generous with the amount of vacation time they give you and some teams are pretty flexible with hours.

PlanSource offers three weeks in the first two years for new hires. It would be nice if we could roll over more than 40 hours at the end of the year as it is difficult during our busy season to take time off.
