4% match, but they seem to change providers (Hartford, Prudential, etc, etc) frequently, and at each switch you have to re-research and re-select what you want to invest in, since everyone has their own "brand" of mutual funds. Also it seems that you get hit with a lot of fees each time those provider changes occur. I guess someone is making money on my 401K, it just doesn't seem to be me.
